I am back in my office today working on a million and one things, but I had to just post this polaroid I took with my SX-70 and 600 pola film on Saturday before I met up with Kumi and Jeff.  I was lounging up against my car looking up at this fire escape when I heard a shuffling of feet.  I looked down and to my left and the man below was walking up this hill carrying his groceries.  I took this shot as he passed me and I don’t know if he noticed or heard me.  As I was taking the Polaroid out of the camera, I looked back up the hill and he was gone.  I have no idea where he went so fast, maybe into a store, but I was so thankful to have been there in that moment.  This is why I love photography.
